Troposphere under 15 Mins

Alex and Matt finally break the 15 minute barrier on Troposphere.

Over a period of time, Alex, Hamish and Matt have been working on doing troposphere faster while simul-climbing. It is partially a fun thing, but it also allows them to benchmark us how fast it is physically possible to go. The climb is 115m long and is at Mount Tibrogargan in Qld.
Previously, their best was 15:39 and it had been quite a while since Alex had been on the climb. Matt, however had been lead soloing the climb for practice due to it's traversing nature. They switched it around so that Alex would get time as a second and after a few problems with their setup on the first lap, they went for another.
Thankfully, their 2 new acquaintances - a German couple doing their first multi together - waited at the first Belay while the pair went past. When the watch was stopped at the top, the time said 13:55 beating the group's previous record by almost 2 minutes.
It is now getting to the point where only taking bigger risks and dialing each move will get them faster and so they will probably turn their speed climbing attentions to one of the other classic multi-pitches of Tibrogargan.
